SMS TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Program Description

The EMRG SMS program (the “Program”) sends transactional text messages related to healthcare appointments booked with providers using the EMRG platform. Messages may include:

• Appointment confirmations
• Appointment reminders
• Appointment change or cancellation notifications
• Intake, consent, or pre-visit instructions
• Follow-up notifications directly related to a booked appointment

The Program does not send marketing or promotional content. Separate consent is required for any non-transactional messaging.

2. Consent and Opt-In

By checking the SMS opt-in box on an EMRG booking form, or by replying with the opt-in keyword JOIN to a message from EMRG, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from EMRG at the mobile number you provided.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of booking an appointment or receiving any service from EMRG or its provider customers. You may complete a booking without opting in.

After opting in, you will receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your enrollment in the Program.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. Typical users receive approximately one to two messages per booked appointment.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. EMRG does not charge a fee to send or receive messages through the Program, but standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to each message sent or received. If you have questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

5. Opting Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message from EMRG to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will send a final confirmation message, after which you will no longer receive SMS messages from the Program.

If you want to rejoin the Program after opting out, you can text JOIN to the same number, or opt back in through the EMRG booking form.

6. Help and Support

If you need help with the Program, reply HELP to any EMRG message, or contact us directly at support@joinemrg.com. We will respond with information on how to use the Program and how to opt out.

Carriers (including T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Supported Carriers

The Program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and others. Supported carriers may change at any time without notice. Messages may be delayed or undelivered due to factors outside of our or your wireless carrier's control.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Information you provide in connection with the Program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share mobile numbers and message content only with service providers that help us operate the Program (for example, our SMS delivery provider), and only to the extent necessary to deliver the messages you have requested.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify enrolled users via SMS or by posting an updated version on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued participation in the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated SMS Terms.
